Membership Information...
The Gator Club® network has always served as the University of Florida's local representative as an affiliated organization of the UF Alumni Association. We are excited to announce a single membership opportunity that will make you a member of both the local Gator Club and the Alumni Association, eliminating the need for separate sign ups and membership fees. The new program not only helps the UFAA and its Gator Club affiliates to work in closer concert to promote UF, but also helps support student programs, research, scholarships and activities on the local and national levels. Membership in the UF Alumni Association and the Gator Clubs is open to alumni, students and friends. Earning a degree at UF is not required. All current members of the UF Alumni Association are automatically enrolled in the local Gator Club. Life members may email the UFAA and request a new card with the Music City Gator Club® designation. Club Scholarship Information
The Music City Gator Club® has awarded a $1000 scholarship for 2005 to Steven Vutsinas from Nashville. Steven was one of incoming freshman from the Middle Tennessee area that is currently attending UF. The scholarship was awarded based on first semester grades and financial need. The applicants were made up of incoming freshman. In future years we would like to consider all students attending UF from the Middle Tennessee area. If you know someone who qualifies, please send us an email and we will put them on our list of potential applicants. Congratulations Steven and Go Gators!
